This course supports participants with the skills and knowledge required to isolate and access plants in the resources and infrastructure industries.
It applies to those working in operational roles, who generally work under supervision to undertake a prescribed range of functions involving known routines and procedures and take responsibility for the quality of work outcomes.
Participants will learn how to plan and prepare for isolating and accessing plant, how to isolate plant, how to complete permit-to-work form, and how to return plant to service.
Upon successful completion of this training, you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment for the following unit of competency:
